PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION NO. 3) ORDER 2026 - CO/26/02 The Council on 08/04/26 made the above Order to consolidate the parking restrictions currently held in the text-based Orders, The City of Edinburgh Council (Traffic Regulation; Restrictions on Waiting, Loading, Unloading and Prohibition of Motor Vehicles: North Area) Traffic Regulation Order 2026 and The City of Edinburgh Council (Traffic Regulation; Restrictions on Waiting: Arboretum Place, North Area) Traffic Regulation Order 2026 into The City of Edinburgh Council (Traffic Regulation; Restrictions on Waiting, Loading and Unloading, Stopping and Parking Places) Order 2025 (map-based Order). The consolidation relates to: 1) waiting restrictions on Arboretum Pl, Barony St, Crewe Rd Sth, Ferry Rd, Heriot Hill Ter, Marine Dr, Salvesen Gdns and W Shore Rd; and 2) waiting restrictions and loading prohibitions on Broughton St, Craigleith Rd, Ferry Rd, Orchard Rd and W Shore Rd. The Council hereby gives notice that the Consolidation Order shall be effective from 13/04/26. Details of the Consolidation Order (Co/26/02) and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed free of charge between 09:30 and 15:30, from 10/04/26 to 22/05/26 at Calton Hub, Waverley Court, 4 East Market Street, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG or online during the same period at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/ trafficorders.
