Enfield - Multiple Temporary Road Closures & Parking Suspensions Due To Various Works

LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section (14.1) - The council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Temporary Traffic Orders described below.
Mollison Avenue EN3
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Highway Works.
Operational Date And Times:
"Between 00.00–05:00hrs" on the 10th April 2026 for 1 night or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order will be to close this road at its junction with Hertford Road EN3, eastwards for approximately 30m.

Fore Street N9
Reason for 14(1) Order – Event (Tottenham Hotspur Stadium)
Operational Date And Times:
"Between 20:30–23:59hrs" on the 11th April 2026 for 1 night.
The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking on the western side from its junction with High Road N17 to the junction with the A406 North Circular Road.

Cuckoo Hall Lane N9
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date And Times:
"At Any Time" on the 13th April 2026 for 5 days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking on this road, between No’s 14/16–24/26 on both sides of the road.

Colhurst Drive N9
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date And Times:
"At any time" on the 13th April 2026, for 3 days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking on this road, southside, between its junctions with Plevna Road and Euesden Close.

Rosewood Drive EN2
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date And Times:
"At any time" on the 13th April 2026 for 5 days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking on this road, between Nos 3/17 on both sides of the road.

Broadlands Avenue EN3
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Highway Works
Operational Date And Times:
"At any time" on the 13th April 2026 for 5 days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order will be to close this road, at its junction with Hertford Road EN3, westwards, for approximately 15m.

Oakfield Gardens, Henley Road N13, Hinton Road, Lopen Road, Hewish Road N18 – Note: This notice supersedes the notice incorrectly titled OAKFIELD GARDENS, HINTON ROAD, LOPEN ROAD, HEWISH ROAD N18 published on 1 April 2026 which also contained typographical errors which have now been corrected.
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date And Times:
Oakfield Gardens, Henley Road
"At any time" on the 13th April 2026 for 13 weeks or until works are completed.
Hinton Road, Lopen Road
"At any time" on the 18th May 2026 for 14 weeks or until works are completed.
Hewish Road
"At any time" on the 21st September 2026 for 14 weeks or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order will be to;
Oakfield Gardens
• close this road and suspend parking at its junction with Henley Road on both sides of the road; and
Henley Road
• suspend parking between its junction with Haselbury Road, westwards for 20 metres;
Hinton Road
• close this road and suspend parking between its junctions with Oakfield Gardens and Lopen Road on both sides of the road; and
Lopen Road
• close this road and suspend parking between its junctions with Hinton Road and Silver Street on both sides of the road; and
Hewish Road
• to close this road and suspend parking.

The Grangeway N21
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date And Times:
"At any time" on the 13th April 2026 for 3 days or until works have been completed.
The general effect of the will be to suspend parking on this road, between its junctions with The Chine and Old Park Ridings, on both sides of road, approximately 90m each side.

Tewkesbury Terrace N11
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Highway Works
Operational Date And Times:
"At any time" from 16th April 2026 for 6 days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking on this road, northside, between No.s 73/74–78/79.

Bull Lane N18, Commercial Road N18
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Highway Works
Operational Date And Times:
Bull Lane N18
"At any time" on the 13th April 2026 for 7 days or until works are completed.
Commercial Road N18
"At any time" on the 20th April 2026 for 7 days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order will be to;
Bull Lane
• close this road and suspend parking from its junction with Bridport Road to its junction with Shaftesbury Road on both sides of the road; and
Commercial Road
• close this road at its junction with Shaftesbury Road, northwards for approx. 50 metres.
