A1068 FISHER LANE CRAMLINGTON
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland
County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the A1068 Fisher Lane northbound carriageway from its junction with C366 Plessey North Moor Farm for a distance of 510 metres in a north-easterly direction in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 27th April 2026 until the 27th October 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 27th April 2026 until the 29th April 2026 between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 27th October 2026.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being C366, C368, A19, B1319, A1171 and B1326 and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly. The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council for carriageway resurfacing and associated works. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

C403 MIDDLE SCHOOL TO
WEMBLEY GARDENS WEST SLEEKBURN
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C403 Middle School to Wembley Gardens West Sleekburn from its junction with the U6555 Factory Access Road for a distance of 44 metres in a southwesterly direction across the level crossing in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 25th April 2026 until the 27th April 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed between the hours of 13:00 hours and 08:00 hours during this period; however, the order will remain in place at all times until the 27th April 2026
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being C403, C415, C403 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.
