ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
D70140 ELIZABETH WAY, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with Castle Hill.
Reason for Order: Structural patching and associated works, 08.00hrs – 16.00hrs.
Order Commences: 2 April 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 3 April 2026.
Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415302.
MOUNTBATTEN AVENUE, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: The clearance of a blocked duct.
Order Commences: 8 April 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 10 April 2026.
Access & Diversion: No diversion is available. Contractor: M J Quinn, Tel: 01543 547118.
Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
PUBLIC CYCLE LANE, PARADE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Cycle lane closed to all traffic between Regent Street and Livery Street.
Reason for Order: Installation of new water connections.
Order Commences: 18 April 2026 for up to 6 months.
Anticipated Completion: 26 April 2026.
Access & Diversion: Cyclists should dismount. Contractor: Network Plus, Tel: 01332 820920.
WESTHILL ROAD, CUBBINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable telecom testing works.
Order Commences: 24 April 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 24 April 2026.
Access & Diversion: Westhill Road, Leicester Lane, Lillington Road, Lillington Avenue, Kenilworth Road, Stoneleigh Road and vice versa.
Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management, Tel: 01652 656 291.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
