PROPOSED CHANGES TO CAR PARKING CHARGES WITHIN THE FALKIRK COUNCIL AREA

Falkirk Council hereby gives notice under The Local Authorities’ Variation of Charges at Off-street and Designated Parking Places (Notice Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 1997 and under Sections 35C and 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that it proposes to alter charges set under The Falkirk Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Decriminalised Parking Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2018 and under The Falkirk Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Decriminalised Parking Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2018 respectively for parking off-street and on-street in accordance with the undernoted schedule of charges. The altered charges will come into effect from 08.45am on Friday 01 May 2026.
