Court Hill - Temporary Road Closure Due To Duct Works
What is happening?
Somerset Council Parish of Taunton Temporary Closure of Court Hill
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Court Hill - from the junction with Hoveland Drive, north-eastwards for a total distance of 69 metres. This Order will enable Openreach to carry out duct works.
The Order becomes effective on 16th April 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 22nd April 2026 and last until 22nd April 2026 between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30 for a total of 6 hours.
