THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(YORK GARDENS) (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council have made an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on York Gardens outside properties 20-21. Access/egress to be maintained.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 7th April 2026 until 10th April 2026.
The Order is required to facilitate a long comm pipe renew by Severn Trent Water.
