This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th May 2026 to 7th May 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for defect repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th May 2026 for one day. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 5th April 2026 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30 MPH over an area of highway being Sandplace Road St Martin from Tremayne House heading North for approximately 350 yards.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed to enable safe working. The Order will come into operation on 6th April 2026 and the works are expected to be completed by the 15th May 2026.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The road was previously restricted for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 16th March 2026 for a period of 21 days.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th May 2026 to 11th May 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
