SEDGEMOOR ROAD, HOLMEFIELDS ROAD, HEATHERFIELDS ROAD, OAKLEY WALK AND OATFIELDS COURT, ESTON
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2026
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the lengths of footway specified in the schedule below.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person from proceeding along the footway specified in the schedule below. Alternative pedestrian access will be available at all times which will be indicated by signposting.
The Order will come into operation on 30.3.26 and remain in operation for 18 months, although it is envisaged that the works should be completed within 18 weeks.
SCHEDULE
Between 1 Sedgemoor Road and 117 Holmefields Road; Between 29 Sedgemoor Road and 93 Holmefields Road; Between 12 Sedgemoor Road and 89 Holmefields Road; Number 73 Holmefields Road to number 73 Holmefields Road; Between 1-29 Heatherfields Road and 71 and 59 Holmefields Road; Number 15-16 Oakfields Court; Number 44 to 48 Oakley Walk.
