NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 19th March 2026 made the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers. The Orders will come into operation on

1st April 2026.

The effect of the Orders would be to:

(a) Introduce / extend waiting and loading restrictions as set out in Schedule 1 and 2 to this Notice.

(b) Introduce a loading bay as set out in Schedule 3 to this Notice.

Copies of the Orders may be inspected during normal office hours Monday to Friday at Bromley Council, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley BR1 1AS, or by emailing TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Orders.

ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE 1: -

WAITING RESTRICTIONS

No Waiting at Any Time

FARWIG LANE, Bromley (a) the north west side (i) from a point 12 metres north east of the north eastern kerb line of London Lane north eastwards for a distance of 15 metres; (ii) from a point 39 metres north west of the north eastern kerb line of London Lane north eastwards for a distance of 16.6 metres; (b) the south east side, from a point 15 metres north east of the north eastern kerb line of London Lane north eastwards for a distance of 43.6 metres. Westwards.

SCHEDULE 2:-

LOADING RESTRICTIONS

No Loading At Any Time: -

FARWIG LANE, Bromley (a) the north west side (i) from a point 12 metres north east of the north eastern kerb line of London Lane north eastwards for a distance of 15 metres; (ii) from a point 39 metres north west of the north eastern kerb line of London Lane north eastwards for a distance of 16.6 metres; (b) the south east side, from a point 15 metres north east of the north eastern kerb line of London Lane north eastwards for a distance of 43.6 metres.

SCHEDULE 3: -

LOADING BAY

Temporary loading: 30 minutes, 1-hour maximum stay, no return within 2 hours, 8am to 6.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive, except Public Holidays and Bank Holidays: -

FARWIG LANE, Bromley (a) the northwest side, from a point 27 metres north west of the northeastern kerb line of London Lane north eastwards for a distance of 12 metres.
