The Lancashire County Council (“the County Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (the Act), and of all other enabling powers, HEREBY makes the following Order:-
The Lancashire County Council (BURNLEY LUF SCHEME, BURNLEY, BURNLEY BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026, is hereby temporarily Amended in that:
i. To amend Article 1 as follows:
No person shall cause any motor vehicle to proceed over that length of various streets and highway specified in column 2 in the schedule 2 to this order.

This Temporary Amendment Order shall come into operation on Monday 30th March 2026 and may be cited as “(BURNLEY LUF SCHEME, BURNLEY, BURNLEY BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
