ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
(Bagley Lane, Rodley, Leeds) (Temporary Left Turn Prohibition) Order 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because inspection works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City has today made an Order, the effect of is that: No Person shall Cause or Permit any Vehicle to Turn Left from Bagley Lane, Rodley, Leeds; on to Chiltern Court. (Bagley Lane will remain open under Multiway Signals). A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Rodley Lane, Ring Road Farsley, Bradford Road, Old Road, Town Street & Bagley Lane. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to operate between 09:00 and 15:00 hrs on Tuesday 14 April 2026. G Moate. Ref: ECO2600037
(Leeds Road, Harrogate Road and Micklefield Lane, Rawdon, Leeds)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Right Turns) Order 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because water mains installation works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways; Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to: 1. Travel along Harrogate Road, Rawdon, northbound between its junctions with Leeds Road and Park Road on Thu 2 April 2026. 2. Turn right from Leeds Road, Rawdon, Leeds into Harrogate Road on Thu 2 April and also between Mon 27 April 2026 and Sun 3 May 2026. 3. Turn right from Micklefield Lane, Rawdon, Leeds into Leeds Road between Thursday 2 April 2026 and Friday 24 April 2026. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: New Road Side, Apperley Lane roundabout and Green Lane/New Road Side. Essential access to premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Thursday 2 April 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Sunday 3 May 2026. The restrictions will be in place for 24 hrs on each day.

(Tinshill Drive, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas main replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Tinshill Drive, Leeds in the Weetwood Ward for a distance of 25 metres from its junction with Otley Old Road. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Otley Old Road, Tinshill Road, Tinshill Drive and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Friday 3 April 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Sunday 19 April

A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Wetherby Road, Ladywood Road, Springwood Road. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on 3 April 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because electrical connection works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Cross Cliff Road, Hyde Park, Leeds in the Headingley & Hyde Park Ward; between its junctions with Cross Regent Park Avenue and Cliff Lane. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Cliff Road, Woodhouse Lane, Headingley Lane, Grosvenor Road, Grosvenor Mount and vice-versa. The Order shall come into operation on Thursday 2 April 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because Gas Connection works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Valley Road, Kippax, Leeds, at its junction with Leeds Road. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Valley Road & Leeds Road. The Order shall come into operation on Tuesday 7 April 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Austhorpe Lane, Cross Gates, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Use) Order 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because railway bridge replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel, or proceed on foot, along Austhorpe Lane Crossgates, Leeds; between its junctions with Austhorpe Road/Railway Road and Kingswear Crescent. Diversionary routes for vehicles and pedestrians will be available and signed. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained from the appropriate side of the railway It will not be possible to cross the railway during the works. The Order shall come into operation on Tuesday 7 April 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 15 January 2027.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because High Voltage Cable works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Richmond Street, Burmantofts, Leeds, between its junctions with Marsh Lane and Flax Place. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Marsh Lane, Saxton Lane, Richmond Street, East Street, Bow Street. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 6 April 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Headingley Stadium Cricket Events) (Temporary Traffic Management Measures) (No.1) Order 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger arising to the public (holding of events); Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: 1: No person shall cause any vehicle, (between Midnight and 23:59 hours, on the event dates specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice) to: a) proceed along St Michael’s La between its junctions with Newport Vw and Beechwood Cres; b) proceed along St Michael’s La, between its junctions with Cardigan Rd and Newport Vw; other than in a SW direction c) proceed along Newport Vw between its junctions with St Michael’s La and Newport Rd; other than in a SE direction, or d) enter or be in the 3 disabled bays on Kirkstall La, or to wait with the exception of Taxi’s. 2: No person shall cause any vehicle to stop (between Midnight and 23:59 hours, on the event dates specified in Schedules 1 & 2 to this Notice) on sections of: St Michael’s La; Beechwood Cres; Kirkstall La; Headingley Mount; Cardigan Rd; Victoria Rd; St Michael’s Gve; St Michael’s Road; Canterbury Rd; Headingley Ave; Estcourt Ave; St Anne’s Dr & La St Ann’s Way & Sq (the whole); Queenswood Rise (the whole); Stanmore Cres; Stanmore Terr (the whole); Bentcliffe Dr; Batcliffe Mnt; St Chad’s Dr & Vw; Beckett’s Park Dr; Newport View Cres.
