The following applications have been received by the City of York Council

26/00501/FUL for single storey rear extension at The Old Stables Main Street Askham Richard
26/00495/FUL and 26/00496/LBC for installation of EV charger to side retrospective at 14A Front Street
26/00526/FUL and 26/00527/LBC for conservatory to rear at Calm Cottage Malton Road
26/00404/FUL for installation of solar panels, part conversion of double garage to habitable room, installation of external door on northwest elevation following removal of window and installation of 2no. ground floor windows to southwest elevation at Amber House Galmanhoe Lane
26/00462/FUL for single storey extension to rear, skylights to the front roofscape, dormer to rear, alterations to rear garage at 84 Heworth Green.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of these householder applications, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.
