The Renfrewshire Council has made the undernoted Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(Use of off-road parking places) (Various locations, Renfrewshire) (Amendment) Order 2026 (TRO 512)

The Order, which will come into operation on the 7th April 2026 was advertised in the Paisley & Renfrewshire Gazette on 25th February 2026 and the effect of the Order is as stated in the said notice. Copies of the Order and map relative thereto are available for inspection on the Tell me Scotland Website for 6 weeks from the 3rd April 2026

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the signing date of the 30th March 2026, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose
