What is happening?
THE KINGSTON UPON HULL CITY COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
RAMSGATE CLOSE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kingston upon Hull City Council by virtue of S.14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an Order.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person with a vehicle from proceeding along:- Ramsgate Close Outside House 15, Kingston upon Hull.
The purpose of the Order is to ensure the safety of the public and operatives during New Electric Connection works.
The alternative route for vehicles to be Signed.
Access will be maintained for emergency services.
The Order will take effect from 27/04/2026 to 08/05/2026 and may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
It is anticipated, however, that the works will be completed in a period of approximately between 8am on 27th April 2026 and 5pm on 8th May 2026.
