(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2026
The Scottish Borders Council (Coldingham Road & Seafield Place Eyemouth) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2026 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 6 April 2026 and is expected to remain in effect until 26 June 2026 Monday’s to Saturday’s between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00. The Order is required to facilitate construction access for Eyemouth Pump Track.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked along the following roads in Eyemouth:
(i) Coldingham Road, Eyemouth from Seafield Place eastwards for 40 metres – north side; and
(ii) Seafield Place, Eyemouth from Coldingham Road eastwards for 30 metres – south side.
