(MORAY DRIVE, CLARKSTON) TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO USE OF ROAD ORDER 2026

On the 24 March 2026 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order authorises the restriction of vehicular access on a section of Moray Drive (from its junction with Stamperland Gardens up to property no. 16 Moray Drive), Clarkston, in order to facilitate the safe operation of Scottish Water utility works scheduled to be carried out from Monday 25 May to Friday 18 December 2026.

The Order authorises the closure of the road for the duration of the works.

Vehicular access to properties within the extents of the closure may be permitted by the contractor on site only when it is possible to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time. Access for emergency vehicles attending an incident will be maintained at all times.

Alternative route:

Stamperland Gardens – Moray Drive and vice versa.
