(OLD BANK ROAD, EARLSHEATON,
DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Old Bank Road, Earlsheaton, Dewsbury

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. (Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the following routes:-

Diversion 1 - Old Bank Road, Wakefield Road
Diversion 2 - Hollinroyd Road, Bank Street, Highgate Road, Leeds Road, Wakefield Road

It is intended that the closure will commence on Thursday, 23 April 2026 and remain in force until 8 May 2026 between 07:30 hours to 17:30 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(FIR AVENUE/FIR PARADE/FIR WALK, RAVENSTHORPE, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Fir Avenue/Fir Parade/Fir Walk, Ravensthorpe from its junction with Huddersfield Road to its junction with Huddersfield Road

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. There is no alternative diversionary route available.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 20 April 2026 and remain in force until 30 April 2026 between 08:00 hours to 18:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(FAR COMMON ROAD (SLIP ROAD), MIRFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Far Common Road (left turn Slip Road), Mirfield from its junction with Leeds Road (i.e traffic exiting from and traffic turning right into Far Common Road is unaffected)

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Far Common Road, Robettown Lane, Child Lane, Leeds Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 20April 2026 and remain in force until 15 May 2026 between 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(WARWICK ROAD, BATLEY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Warwick Road, Batley from its junction with Upper Mount Street to a point outside property no. 39A

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Mount Street, Cross Rink Street, Rink Street, Warwick Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence at 22:00 hours on 20 April 2025 and remain in force until 06:00 hours on 21 April 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(STEANARD LANE, MIRFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Steanard Lane, Mirfield from a point outside property no. 20 for approximately 375 metres in a north easterly direction

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Steanard Lane, Granny Lane, Hopton New Road, Back Station Road, Newgate, Huddersfield Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate on Thursday, 23 April 2026 between 09:30 hours to 15:30 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(GREAVES ROAD, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Greaves Road, Dewsbury from its junction with Crackenedge Lane to its junction with Bradford Road

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. There is no alternative diversionary route available.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 20 April 2026 and remain in force until 30 April 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up 18 months if necessary).

(PROSPECT ROAD, HARTSHEAD, LIVERSEDGE)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBIITON OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Prospect Road, Hartshead from a point outside property no. 100 to a point outside property no. 108

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Fall Lane, School Lane, Windy Bank Lane, Prospect Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday, 22 April 2026 and remain in force until 23 April 2026 between 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours each day (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(WAKEFIELD CRESCENT, EARLSHEATON, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Wakefield Crescent, Earlsheaton from a point outside property no. 32 to a point outside property no. 42

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Wakefield Crescent, Wakefield Road. It is intended that the closure will operate on Tuesday, 7April 2026 between 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(PARK DRIVE, BATLEY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Park Drive, Batley from a point outside property no. 5 to a point outside property no. 10

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Park Drive, Bradford Road, Lea Road, Ealand Road, Ealand Crescent and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate on Thursday, 9 April 2026 between 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(EALAND ROAD, BATLEY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Ealand Road, Batley from a point outside property no. 95 to a point outside property no. 100

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Ealand Road,Anne Street, Bradford Road, Hampson Street and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate on Wednesday, 8 April 2026 between 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(UPPER BATLEY LOW LANE, UPPER BATLEY, BATLEY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Upper Batley Low Lane, Upper Batley from a point outside property no. 24 to a point outside property no. 26

PROVIDED THATsuch prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Upper Batley Low Lane, Leeds Road, Upper Batley Lane and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will commence at 00:00 on Tuesday, 7April 2026 and remain in force until 23:59 on 20April 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(LAUREL DRIVE, BATLEY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Laurel Drive, Batley from a point outside property no. 19 to a point outside property no. 25

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Laurel Drive, Oakhill Road, Ealand Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate on Friday, 10April 2026 between 08:00 hours and 17:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
