Bydd y Gorchymyn uchod, a wnaed ar 13eg Chwefror 2026 o dan Adran 119 o Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980, yn dargyfeirio'r llwybr troed cyhoeddus 62/11 (rhan) sy'n rhedeg o bwynt ar ffin ogledd-orllewinol Ffynnonynid yn SN37251058 ac yn mynd tua'r de-ddwyrain ar draws cae a gardd Ffynnonynid i derfynu mewn pwynt ar U2213 Heol Tri Phen Had yn SN37361050, i linell sy'n rhedeg o bwynt ar ffin ogleddorllewinol Ffynnonynid yn SN37251058 ac yn mynd tua'r dwyrain a'r gogleddddwyrain i SN37261058. Yna mae'r llwybr yn troi tua'r dwyrain a'r de-ddwyrain i SN37291057, yna tua'r de gan ddilyn y gwrych ffin tuag at risiau sy'n dechrau wrth waelod arglawdd yn SN37281053. HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr C2169 Llansadwrn, Llanwrda o'r gyffordd â'r C2161 Llansadwrn, am bellter o 180 metr i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin.
Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

HYSBYSIR TRWY HYN fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin (y cyfeirir ato fel 'y Cyngor' o hyn ymlaen), drwy arfer y pwerau a roddir gan Adran 90A o Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980 (y cyfeirir ati fel 'y Ddeddf' o hyn ymlaen) a'r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar ôl ymgynghori â Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu a'r cyrff neu'r personau hynny a bennir gan Reoliadau Priffyrdd (Twmpathau Ffyrdd) 1999 (y cyfeirir atynt fel 'y Rheoliadau' o hyn ymlaen) yn unol ag Adran 90C(1) o'r Ddeddf, ac yn unol ag Adrannau 90C(2) a 90C(3) o'r Ddeddf, yn bwriadu gwaredu'r twmpath ffordd presennol â brig crwn ac adeiladu twmpath ffordd newydd ar ffurf twmpath arafu estynedig â brig gwastad 10 metr i'r de ohono, yn unol â'r Rheoliadau, ar Heol Cilycwm o Lanymddyfri i Gil-y-cwm. Disgrifir lleoliad pob twmpath ffordd yn fwy penodol yn yr Atodlen i'r Hysbysiad hwn ac fe'u dangosir ar y cynllun sydd ynghlwm wrth yr Hysbysiad hwn.
Bydd y twmpath ffordd newydd arfaethedig yn ymestyn ar draws lled llawn Heol Cilycwm a bydd ar ffurf twmpath arafu estynedig â brig gwastad. Bydd y twmpath yn mesur 4000 milimetr (4 metr) o hyd, a 75 milimetr o uchder yn unol â'r amrywiadau a ganiateir yn y Rheoliadau (lle na fydd twmpath yn fwy na 100 milimetr o uchder).
Gellir gweld manylion llawn y cynnig ynghyd â chynllun a datganiad o resymau'r Cyngor dros geisio cyflwyno'r mesurau hyn, yn swyddfa HWB Gwasanaethau Cwsmeriaid y Cyngor yn Uned 22, Rhodfa'r Santes Catrin, Caerfyrddin SA31 1GA yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol.

Notice of Making an Order - Highways Act 1980
Carmarthenshire County Council Public Footpath 62/11 (Part), Ffynnonynid, Ferryside Public Path Diversion Order 2026
The above Order, made on 13th February 2026 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the public footpath 62/11(part) running from a point on the north-western boundary of Ffynnonynid at SN37251058 and proceeding south-easterly across a field and Ffynnonynid’s garden to terminate at a point on U2213 Heol Tri Pen Had at SN37361050, to a line running from a point on the north-western boundary of Ffynnonynid at SN37251058 and proceeding east north-easterly to SN37261058. The path then turns east south-easterly to SN37291057, then southerly following the boundary hedge towards a flight of steps commencing at the base of an embankment at SN37281053. The path travels up the steps and terminates at its junction with the U2213 Heol Tri Pen Had at SN37281053
A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices of Carmarthenshire County Council’s Countryside Access Team at Mynydd Mawr Woodland Park, Heol Hirwaun Olau, Tumble, Llanelli SA14 6HU, between the hours of 10am and 3pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, or by prior appointment. Postal copies of the order and map may be obtained at the price of £5.00.

Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Daniel W John, Head of Environmental Infrastructure, Carmarthenshire County Council, Department for Place & Infrastructure, County Hall, Carmarthen SA31 1JP or prow@carmarthenshire.gov.uk not later than 1st May 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Carmarthenshire County Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Welsh Government’s Planning and Environment Decisions Wales (PEDW) for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.

The County of Carmarthenshire (C2169 Llansadwrn, Llanwrda)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C2169 Llansadwrn, Llanwrda, from its junction with the C2161 Llansadwrn, for a distance of 180 metres in a south westerly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for south west bound traffic from a point north east of the closure, will be to proceed along the C2161 Llansadwrn (Llansadwrn to Talley), C2170 Llansadwrn (Llansadwrn to Halfway), and the C2169 Llansadwrn (Talley to Llansadwrn) to return to a point south west of the closure. Vice versa for north east bound traffic.
The proposed Order will continue in force whilst works are carried out on behalf of Dwr Cymru Welsh Water to conduct water mains renewal work.
It is intended that the works commence on Wednesday 22nd April 2026 for a period of 20 days.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

Removal of an Existing Road Hump and Construction of a New Road Hump near Llandovery
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Carmarthenshire County Council (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Council’), in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police and those bodies or persons prescribed by the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Regulations') in accordance with Section 90C(1) of the Act, and in accordance with Sections 90C(2) and 90C(3) of the Act, intends to remove the existing round-top road hump and construct a new flat-top raised plateau 10 metres to the south of it, in compliance with the Regulations, on Cilycwm Road leading from Llandovery to Cilycwm.
The location of each road hump is more particularly described in the Schedule to this Notice and shown on the plan annexed to this Notice.
The proposed new road hump will extend across the full width of Cilycwm Road and will be in the form of a flat-top raised plateau. The plateau will measure 4000 millimetres (4 metres) in length, and 75 millimetres in height in line with the tolerances permitted in the Regulations (where a hump should not exceed 100 millimetres in height).
Full details of the proposal, together with a plan and a statement of the Council’s reasons for seeking to implement these measures, may be examined at the office of the Council’s Customer Service HWB located at Unit 22, St Catherine’s Walk, Carmarthen SA31 1GA during usual office hours.
