What is happening?

NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL
(Carr Lane, East Lound)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

On 18th Feb 2026, North Lincolnshire Council made an Order, the effect of which prohibits any vehicle from proceeding along Carr Lane, East Lound. This Order took effect on 23rd Feb 2026 and will be effective until 22nd Aug 2027.

Under this same Order, it is now proposed to undertake further works (exchange a water meter) necessitating the closure of Carr Lane, East Lound on 21st April 2026 (but varied, if necessary, due to any unforeseen circumstances) 8am-5pm.

The diversion is Carr Lane, Brackenhill Rd, East Lound Rd, Graizelound Fields, Ferry Rd and reverse.
