The District of South Cambridgeshire (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Order 2023 (Amendment No. 25) Order 202$
Notice is hereby given that Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) proposes to make the above-named Order under the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (as amended). The effect of this Order is to prohibit waiting at any time (install double yellow lines) on the following lengths of road in Impington:
Northwestern side of New Rd from a point 14m southwest of its junction with Macfarlane Cl, northeastwards to a point 16.5m northeast of its junction with The Dole, extending 15m and 15.5m northwestwards along both sides of Macfarlane Cl and The Dole, respectively. Additionally, the Order revokes the limited waiting parking restriction on the eastern side of Station Road, Histon from outside No. 137 to 161a.
The draft Order, together with a map showing the roads and lengths of road concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected at New Shire Hall, Alconbury Weald, Huntingdon, PE28 4YE, by appointment only, or via our online consultation portal – please use the link https://consultation.appyway.com/south-cambridgeshire and select the Order that includes the reference PR1210.
All feedback, including objections stating the grounds on which they are made, must be sent in writing by the 22nd of April 2026.
