PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council made an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the have Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Malthouse Lane outside property 8.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen
months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken on 1 April 2026, between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30.
The diversion route is: Stockwell Road, Wergs Road, Lower Street Road and vice versa.
The Order is required to facilitate the repair/replacement of a defective manhole frame and covers by Severn Trent Water.
