Herefordshire, Variation of Car Park Charges & On-Street Parking Tariffs
What is happening?
NOTICE OF VARIATION OF CAR PARK CHARGES
NOTICE is hereby given that, the County of Herefordshire District Council (known as “Herefordshire Council”), not less than twenty one days from the date of this notice, in exercise of its powers under Section 35(C) & 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as further regulated by Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedures) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (as amended) and all other enabling powers hereby intends to vary the following Orders; Off Street Parking Places Consolidation Order 2014 as amended (the 2014 Order), Herefordshire Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Loading, Stopping and On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2025 (“the 2025 Order”).
Save to the extent specified in Schedule 1 (Off Street) below, Schedule 2 (“On Street”) below, all other provisions in the 2014 Order and the 2025 Order, as amended, relating to classes of vehicles, days of operation, hours of operation, maximum waiting periods remain the same.
The new parking charges in Herefordshire (where applicable) mentioned below, will take effect on 23rd April 2026.
If a car park is not mentioned below, then the charges will remain the same as at present.
