(U40026 Woodbury Close, Hartlebury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U40026 Woodbury Cl from its north junction with U40024 Waresley Court Rd to its south junction with U40024 Waresley Court Rd.

Reason: Surface dressing by WCC

Alternative route: U42004 Waresley Court Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 22 April 2026

(U11100 Redstone Lane, Stourport on Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U11100 Redstone Ln from its junction with U11118 Hermitage Way to its junction with U11111 Barnsfield Rd.

Reason: Surface dressing including civils work by WCC

Alternative route: U11118 Hermitage Way, U11123 Larford Walk, U11114 Hanstone Rd, U11111 Barnsfield Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 21 April 2026

(U13401 Redhall Farm Road, Stourbridge) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U13401 Redhall Farm Rd from its junction with C2135 Broome Ln for its entire length.

Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing inc civils works over multiple phases by WCC

Alternative route: U13402 Church Rd, C2135 Broome Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 22 April 2026

(C2061 Stakenbridge Lane, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of C2061 Stakenbridge Ln from its junction with C2126 Crown Ln to its junction with A456 Kidderminster Rd South.

Reason: Renew telegraph pole by Openreach

Alternative route: A456 Kidderminster Rd South, A456 Birmingham Rd, A449 Chester Rd North, A449 Stourbridge Rd, C2061 Rocky Ln and vice versa

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 30 March 2026

Order made: To close that part of C2172 Wilden Ln from its junction with U40000 Hillary Rd to its junction with B4193 Hartlebury Rd.

(C2082 Cakebole Lane, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of C2082 Cakebole Ln from its junction with U13610 Dobes Ln to its junction with U13611 Church Ln.

Reason: Pole replacement by Openreach

Alternative route: C2082 Cakebole Ln (part), C2082 Lunnon Ln, C2018 Clattercut Ln, A448 Lodge Ford Hill, C2082 Fox Ln, C2082 Cakebole Ln (part) and vice versa.

Order made: To close that part of C2061 Stakenbridge Ln from its junction with A456 Kidderminster Rd South to its junction with C2126 Crown Ln.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC

Alternative route: A456 Kidderminster Rd South, A456 Birmingham Rd, A449 Chester Rd North, A449 Stourbridge Rd, A451 Stourbridge Rd, C2061 Rocky Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 9 days Commencing: 1 April 2026

(C2030 Inn Lane, Hartlebury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of C2030 Inn Ln from a point 79 metres southeast of its junction with B4193 Rectory Ln for a distance of 65 metres in a south easterly direction.

Reason: Telegraph pole replacement by Openreach

Alternative route: B4193 Rectory Ln, C2028 Quarry Bank, C2028 Waresley Rd, C2030 Old Worcester Rd, C2030 Inn Lane (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 31 March 2026

(C2135 Broome Lane, Stourbridge) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of C2135 Broome Ln from its junction with U13401 Redhall Farm Rd for a distance of 162 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Telegraph pole replacement by Openreach.

Alternative route: C2135 Broome Ln (part), A450 Worcester Rd, C2061 Thicknall Ln, C2135 Broome Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 31 March 2026

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)

(A456 Long Bank, Bewdley) (Temporary 30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2026

Order made: To impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit on that part of A456 Long Bank from a point 242 metres west of its junction with A456 Long Bank Roundabout to its junction with Church Lane (NSG Ref 45703052) and in both directions and that the Worcestershire County Council (Various Roads, Callow Hill/Pound Bank) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2001 is hereby temporarily part suspended on that section of A456 Long Bank for the duration of the order.

Reason: Replacement manhole cover by STW

Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 30 March 2026

(Wyre Forest District – Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2026 (Disabled Persons’ Parking Space on Radford Avenue, Kidderminster)

On 12 March 2026 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be create a disabled persons’ parking space on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:-

Radford Avenue (south west side) from a point 16.4 metres north west of its junction with Baxter Avenue for a distance of 6.6 metres in a north westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 2 April 2026.

The validity of the Council’s powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

(Bridleways KF-571, 572 & 573, Kidderminster Foreign) (Temporary Closure Order) 2026

Order made: To close: 1) Pedestrians: The entire length of Bridleway KF-573, Kidderminster Foreign. 2) Cyclists and horses: the entire length of Bridleways KF-571, 572 & 573, Kidderminster Foreign from its junction with C2129 Jacobs Ladder (Grid ref: 380468, 277790) to its junction with B4190 Habberley Road (Grid ref 380822, 277059).

The Order has been made to facilitate demolition.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: Pedestrians: Bridleways KF-574, 546, BW-553, B4190 Habberley Road. Horses and Cyclists: C2129 Jacobs Ladder, B4190 Habberley Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing: 30 March 2026.
