ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL
U55B - TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE “The Aberdeenshire Council (U55B from C39B to Netherton – 06.04.26) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2026” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 06.04.26 for 10 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the U55B from the C39B to Netherton.
Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety during cable works. An alternative route is available via the U55B, C38B, C39B and vice versa.
