ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
BACK NEW CROSS STREET, BRADFORD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of gas works to be executed on or near Back New Cross Street, Bradford has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Back New Cross Street from its junction with Gaythorne Road to a point outside the rear of No. 133 Back New Cross Street.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
No alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available.
The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours on the 7th of April 2026 and remains in force until 23:55 hours on the 20th of April 2026 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
