THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(LIMES ROAD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION
OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Limes Road from outside property 4 to outside property 22.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 7th April 2026 until 10th April 2026, between the hours of 09:00 and 14:00.
Vehicular Diversion Route: High Street, Wood Road, Woodcote Road, Grange Road, Limes Road and vice versa.
The Order is required to facilitate highway works being undertaken by Wolverhampton City Council.
