The Dorset Council (Waiting, Loading, Stopping and Parking Places) (Map Based) (Amendment No ) (Disabled Parking Bay Revocation) Order 202
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of Dorset proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
Dorset Council proposes to revoke a number of disabled parking bays, including at the following location:
.. Humber Road, Ferndown

Comments on the proposals for or against, together with the reasons for which they are made should be sent through the website as detailed above or in writing to the Traffic Regulation Team, Dorset Council, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ by no later than 17th April 2026.
All written representations received concerning Traffic Regulation Orders are public documents that may be inspected by any person on demand.

The Dorset Council (Waiting, Loading, Stopping and Parking Places) (Map Based) (Amendment No. 16) (A350 Poole Road, Upton) Order 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of Dorset has made the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
When the Order comes into operation on 1st April 2026 the effect of the Order will be to formalise and amend the existing lengths of no waiting at any time restrictions along part of the A350 Poole Road, Upton.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for that purpose.
