Portsmouth City Council (Northern Parade) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.53) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 30th March 2026 and the effect will be as follows:
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
NORTHERN PARADE (SOUTHBOUND)
From its junction with Oakwood Road to Wyllie Road.
NORTHERN PARADE ACCESS ROAD AT 441-57
Outside No.413 to 575 Northern Parade.
NORTHERN PARADE (NORTHBOUND)
Outside No.175 Northern Parade to Matapan Road.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate gas works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 30th March 2026 to 30th June 2026 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
