LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(LYNDON CLOSE AREA, COTTAM, PRESTON CITY) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 13th March 2026 Lancashire County Council made the above Speed Limit Order under Section 84 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a 20mph speed limit on the following lengths of road:
a) Lambourne Road, Cottam, the entire length;
b) Lyndon Close, Cottam, the entire length;
c) Savrick Avenue, Cottam, the entire length;
d) Wyburn Close, Cottam, the entire length.
This Order will come into force on the 30th March 2026. A copy of the Order, and all other relevant documents may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Preston City Council, PO Box 10, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL, and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
