THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(OLD FALLINGS CRESCENT) (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council have made an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Old Fallings Crescent from its junction with Fourth Avenue to outside property 167.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 30th March 2026 until 31st March 2026.
The diversion route is: Fourth Avenue, Second Avenue
and vice versa.
The Order is required to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works by Stave-Con Ltd.
