Temporary Closure of Castle Street
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Castle Street - from the junction with Bonnies Lane, south-westwards for a total distance of 55 metres.
This Order will enable Gigaclear to carry out connection works.
The Order becomes effective on 8th April 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 14th April 2026 and last until 14th April 2026 between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30 for a total of 6 hours.
