MOTORISTS) (VARIATION NO _) ORDER 202_ - TO/R5.3.185
The Council proposes to make a new Order to add further enforceable ‘Disabled’ parking bays to the Order which lists all such bays in Midlothian.
Details may be examined from 26 March to 17 April 2026 at Libraries, at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk or from rebecca.marr@midlothian.gov.uk.

THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (B6415 OLD CRAIGHALL ROAD, MILLERHILL)
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026 TTRO/R 5.4.327
Notice is hereby given that Midlothian Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffi c Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is that for a temporary period to facilitate Advance Construction undertaking resurfacing work and the laying of new services for the District Heating Scheme, B6415 Old Craighall Road will be closed from the Midlothian boundary to the rail bridge. The Order has effect on 7 April 2026 and shall remain in force up to and including 18 May 2026. Pedestrian access will be maintained. Alternative routes for general vehicular traffi c will be clearly sign posted.
THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (BELLMAN’S ROAD, PENICUIK)
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026 TTRO/R.5.4.331
Notice is hereby given that Midlothian Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffi c Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is that for a temporary period to facilitate the formation of a new access to Penicuik High School, Bellman’s Road will be closed between the access and egress of the recycling centre. The Order has effect on 06th April 2026 and shall remain in force up to and including 17th May 2026. Pedestrian access will be maintained. Alternative routes for general vehicular traffi c will be clearly sign posted.

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026 TTRO/R.5.4.328
Notice is hereby given that Midlothian Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffi c Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is that for a temporary period to facilitate major Scottish Water work on A701, U101 Burnside Road will be closed from A703 Seafi eld Moor Road to Pentland Road. The Order has effect on 6 April 2026 and shall remain in force up to and including 17 May 2026. Local access will be maintained for residents. Alternative routes for general vehicular traffi c will be clearly sign posted.
