(KILPIN HILLLANE, DEWSBURY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OFTRAFFIC) ORDER 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat the Council of

the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Kilpin Hill Lane, Dewsbury from a point outside property no. 24 to a point to the end of property no. 24

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Occupation Lane, Dewsbury Gate Road, Moor End Lane, Lower Bower Lane, Bower Lane, Kilpin Hill Lane and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence at 00:00 hours on Monday, 13April 2026 and remain in force until 23:59 hours on 24April 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(BROAD STREET, SCOUT HILL, DEWSBURY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Broad Street, Scout Hill, Dewsbury from a point to side property no.

15 Thornville Street to its junction with Thornville Place

PROVIDED THATsuch prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Thornville Street, Huddersfield Road, Thornville Mount, the unaffected length of Broad Street. It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 13April 2026 and remain in force until 15April 2026 between 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(WELLSTREET, LITTLETOWN, LIVERSEDGE)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of

the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Well Street, Littletown from its junction with Bradford Road to a point adjacent access road to Bakery

PROVIDED THATsuch prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Bradford Road, Listing Lane, Listerdale, Well Street and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 13April 2026 and remain in force until 1 May 2026 between 07:30 hours to 18:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(PUBLIC FOOTPATH DEW/132/10, HILLEND, EARLSHEATON, DEWSBURY) 2026

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the footpath intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in that length of Public Footpath DEW/132/10, Hill End, Earlsheaton from its junction with Wakefield Road to its junction with Old Bank Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons carrying out the proposed works.

Alternative routes for persons affected by the closure will be available via Wakefield Road, Old Bank Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday, 14April 2026 and remain in force until 23April 2026 between 07:30 hours to 17:30 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 6 months if necessary).

(WOODLANDS ROAD, GOMERSAL, CLECKHEATON) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION

OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Woodlands Road, Gomersal, Cleckheaton from a point outside property no. 30 to a point outside property no. 32

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Woodlands Road, Woodlands Drive, Woodlands Crescent, Woodlands Avenue and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate on Tuesday,

14April 2026 between 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(SUNNYSIDEAVENUE, ROBERTTOWN, LIVERSEDGE)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OFTRAFFIC) ORDER 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat the Council of

the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Sunnyside Avenue, Roberttown from a point outside property no. 5 to its junction with Wheatlands Drive

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Sunnyside Avenue, Stanley Road, Lumb Lane, Wheatlands Drive and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate on Thursday,

16April 2026 between 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(STATION ROAD, BATLEY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026 NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVENthat the Council of

the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Station Road, Batley from its junction with Soothill Lane to its junction with Rouse Mill Lane

PROVIDED THATsuch prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Rouse Mill Lane, Bradford Road, Batley Field Hill, Timothy Lane, Scotchman Lane, Britannia Road, Rein Road, Dewsbury Road, Soothill Lane.

It is intended that the closure will commence at 21:00 hours on Thursday, 16April 2026 and remain in force until 06:00 hours on 17April 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(BIERLEYMARSH, EAST BIERLEY, BRADFORD)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Bierley Marsh from its junction with South View Road for approximately 40 metres southwards

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via South View Road, Hunsworth Lane, Bierley Marsh and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Saturday,

28 March 2026 and remain in force until 4April 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
