LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(ENNERDALE AVENUE AREA, BRYNING WITH WARTON, FYLDE BOROUGH) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 12th March 2026 Lancashire County Council made the above Speed Limit Order under Section 84 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a 20mph speed limit on the following lengths of road:
a) Crummock Place, Bryning with Warton, the entire length;
b) Devoke Court, Bryning with Warton, the entire length;
c) Easdale Lane, Bryning with Warton, the entire length;
d) Ennerdale Avenue, Bryning with Warton, the entire length;
e) Esthwaite Close, Bryning with Warton, the entire length.
This Order will come into force on the 30th March 2026. A copy of the Order, and all other relevant documents may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Fylde Borough Council, Town Hall, Lytham St Annes, FY8 1LW, and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
