Notice is hereby given that the District Council of Adur made on 20th March 2026 The District of Adur (Off-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2011 (Amendment No. 8) Order 2026. The Order will come into force on 10th April 2026.
The Effect of the Order
The Amendment shall have the effect:
To remove the following car parks from the Schedule and the Order: Ham Road car park, South Street car park and Southwick Beach car park
A copy of the Amended Order and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order can be inspected during normal office hours at Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA and details are also available on the Council’s website.
If any person wishes to question the validity of the order or any provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may within six weeks of the 20th March 2026 apply for that purpose to the High Court.
