Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Parking, Commondale, Cloughton, Egton, Harwood Dale, Lythe, Ravenscar, Scalby, Scarborough, Seamer, Sneaton, Staintondale & Ugthorpe, Order 2026 No 131 We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using or parking on the named roads due to Surface Dressing works patching, preparation, surface dressing, sweeping and lining works: Gowland Lane, Cloughton; Four Lane Ends To Lindhead Road, Scalby; A165 Burniston Road, Scarborough (Scalby Beck to Burniston); Newlands Road, Cloughton; Cravens Hill To Hodgson Hill, Cloughton; Down Dale Road To Hodgson Hill, Staintondale; Prior Wath Road To Down Dale Road, Staintondale; Prior Wath Road To Bloody Beck Hill, Staintondale; Scarborough Road, Staintondale; Raven Hall Road, Ravenscar; Station Road, Ravenscar; Station Square, Ravenscar; Public House To Ruskin Lodge, Harwood Dale; Gainforth Wath Road, Staintondale; Stubbs Lane, Staintondale; Rudda Road, Staintondale; Gatela Road To Helwath Road, Harwood Dale; Helwath Road,.Harwood Dale; Red Gate To Sandstone Quarry, Sneaton; Sneaton Lane, Sneaton; Seamer Moor Lane, Seamer; Broom House Lane, Ugthorpe; Low Lane, Lythe; Aislabyside Road, Egton & Sandhill Bank, Commondale. It is envisaged that the restriction will be in force from 01/04/26 until 31/10/26 inclusive, however the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. Vehicles will also be prohibited from parking along the above roads, as & when works are in progress & will be put into effect by notices & signs. There will be no more than 3 roads closed at any one time, for up to 5 days on up to 6 occasions, between 01/04/26 until 31/10/26 (subject to access to premises). The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs & a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate. Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Ainthorpe Lane, Ainthorpe, Order 2026, No. 141 We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Ainthorpe Lane, Ainthorpe for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 26/03/26 & 01/04/26, due to smart metering works. Excavate and locate cable, including 2 joint bays in carriageway and 5m road crossing. However, the max duration of this Order is until 10/04/26. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate.
