(TEMPORARY AMENDMENT) ORDER 2026
The Lancashire County Council (“the County Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (the Act), and of all other enabling powers, HEREBY makes the following Order: -
The Lancashire County Council (BEZZA LANE, COMMONS LANE, NIGHTFIELD LANE, JACKSONS BANKS ROAD, AND BALDERSTONE HALL LANE, BALDERSTONE, RIBBLE VALLEY)(Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order 2025, is hereby temporarily Amended in that:
i. To amend Article 3 as follows:
3. The prohibition will be carried out as rolling road closures and operative from 0800 hours on 10th November 2025 until 1700 hours on 3rd April 2026 or until completion of the works within this period. The prohibitions will only be operative when indicated on site by the presence of the appropriate traffic signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016
This Temporary Amendment Order shall come into operation on 18th March 2026 and may be cited as “The Lancashire County Council (BEZZA LANE, COMMONS LANE, NIGHTFIELD LANE, JACKSONS BANKS ROAD, AND BALDERSTONE HALL LANE, BALDERSTONE, RIBBLE VALLEY)) (Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order 2025 (Temporary Amendment) Order 2026”
