have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic

(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being or
proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect will
be to prohibit any vehicle from entering, proceeding or waiting
in that length of Wembley Road at Moorends in the City of
Doncaster District as described in the Schedule to this notice
on the dates and times referred to in the said Schedule,
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works to resurface the carriageway are
undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via Wembley Road, South Road, The
Circle, West Road.
Any vehicle that is in contravention of the waiting restriction
imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions
of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
Any contravention of the prohibitions or restrictions imposed
by this Order may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being
issued and the subsequent removal of a vehicle.

effect will be to prohibit any pedestrian traffic from

surfaces require cleaning to allow detailed inspection to be
undertaken.
