What is happening?
Salford City Council proposes to make the CITY OF SALFORD
(OHIO AVENUE, QUAYS) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND AMENDMENT) ORDER 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce the following: NO WAITING AT ANY TIME:
Ohio Avenue, (i) east side, from the southerly projected kerbline of Broadway in a southerly direction, for its entire length, (ii) west side, from the southerly projected kerbline of Broadway for 10m in a southerly direction.
An existing Order shall be amended to be consistent with the proposals.
A copy of the proposed Order, the Order it is proposed to amend, the Statement of Reasons, and a plan showing the proposals can be requested by emailing phlegal@manchester.gov.uk or examined in person at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
