(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING

AND LOADING AND PARKING PLACES)

(CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2018  

(AMENDMENT NO.43) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 19th March 2026 Bedford Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order, the effect of which is detailed below:-

Effect of the Order:

  1. To introduce a “No waiting at any time” restriction on the following length of road
A  Beatrice Street, Kempston
(i) On the southern side, from the boundary line
of No 70 Beatrice Street extending for a distance
of 30 metres in a south-east direction

Date of Operation This Order will come into force on 30th March 2026 or as soon as practicable after this date.

A Copy of the Order may be viewed at www.bedford. gov.uk/implementedtro.

High Court Challenge: Any person who desires to question the validity of this Order or any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date of this Notice, make application for that purpose to the High Court.
