Notice is hereby given that North Lanarkshire Council propose to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order as detailed below.

Full details of the draft Traffic Regulation Order, which form the proposed

North Lanarkshire Council (Muirhead and Chryston Area) Proposed (Traffic Regulation) (Consolidation) (Variation) Order 20** together with plans, a statement of reasons are available for inspection on the Council’s website at https://www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk/your-community/working-communities/ consultations or alternatively a hard copy is available for inspection during normal office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive, at the office of the Chief Officer (Legal and Democratic), North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB.

Any person wishing to make representations in support of, or raise an objection to, the proposals must do so in writing to the Chief Officer (Legal and Democratic), North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB or to the email address troconsultation@northlan.gov. uk no later than Wednesday, 22 April 2026 and must contain the name and address of the person making the representation/objection, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
