1. NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Brent on 16th March 2026 made the aforementioned Orders under sections 6, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 of and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985, the Parking Acts of 1986 and 1989 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to impose, on the additional date, the system of traffic and parking control, operating in the Wembley Stadium Area when the major Event is taking place at the stadium. The new date to be added are:-
22nd, 27th and 31st March 2026,
12th, 14th, 18th, 25th and 26th April 2026,
10th, 16th, 17th, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 30th and 31st May 2026,
7th, 12th, 13th, 17th, 19th, 20th, 23rd, 26th, 27th and 29th June 2026,
1st, 3rd, 4th, 8th, 10th, 11th, 18th, 19th, 22nd, 24th, 25th, 28th and 31st July 2026,
1st, 2nd, 9th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 18th, 19th and 30th August 2026,
4th, 6th, 9th, 12th, 19th and 20th or 21st or 22nd or 23rd or 24th or 25th or 26th or 27th or 28th or 29th or 30th September 2026,
1st or 2nd or 3rd or 4th or 5th or 6th or 7th or 8th or 9th or 10th or 11th or 12th or 13th and 18th October 2026,
9th or 10th or 11th or 12th or 13th or 14th or 15th or 16th or 17th and 24th or 25th or 26th or 27th or 28th or 29th or 30th November 2026,
1st or 2nd or 3rd or 4th or 5th December 2026.
Note – The South Way two-way traffic scheme is expected to operate on the above specified date.
3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 22nd March 2026, of the relevant Orders of 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2020 (and of the Orders which have amended those Orders), and of a map of the relevant area can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made at Brent Customer Services, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley HA9 0FJ.
4. Copies of the Orders may be purchased from the address mentioned in paragraph 3 above.
5. Any person desiring to question the validity of any of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to any of the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
