(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 23rd March 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newlyn.
This prohibition is necessary for defect repairs works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th April 2026 to 9th April 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1830 and 0700, weekdays only. Road affected - Chywoone Hill, Newlyn between the junction of Jack Lane and Belle Vue.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 23rd March 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Penzance.
This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th April 2026 to 9th April 2026.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Voundervour Lane, Penzance between the junction of Queen Street and Regent Square.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 23rd March 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Carbis Bay.
This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th April 2026, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Trencrom Lane, Carbis Bay between the junction of Longstone Hill and Trewartha Estate. An alternative route will be signed on site.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of roads in Carbis Bay.
This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd April 2026 to 2nd June 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekends included.
Roads affected - Trencrom Lane, Carbis Bay between the junction of Road From Laity Lane To Church Lane and Tryhornek, Road From Laity Lane To Church Lane, Carbis Bay between the junction of Road From Junction South Of Longstone Plantation To Junction South Of Governor House and Trencrom Lane, Road From Junction South Of Longstone Plantation To Junction South Of Governor House, Carbis Bay for its entire length, and Road From Trencrom Lane To Coach Road, Lelant between the junction of Trencrom Lane and grid reference SW5257637544.

This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th April 2026 to 17th April 2026.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only. Road affected - Albert Street, Penzance for its entire length and Market Jew Street, Penzance between the junction of Leskinnick Street and Wood Street.

This prohibition is necessary for gas replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th April 2026 to 8th May 2026.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. This prohibition is necessary for bridge inspection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 11th April 2026 to 12th April 2026.
