ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council intends to make the following Order,
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of Grosvenor Way, Brierley Hill) Order 2026 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding on Grosvenor Way, Brierley Hill, for the purpose of a new sewer connection being carried out on or near the affected road. The order will come into operation on 07/04/2026 and will remain in force until 21/04/2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 18 months. Traffic will be diverted via: Caledonia, Mouse Hall Farm Road, and vice versa.
Access to frontages and for emergency vehicles will be maintained where safe to do so.
