The Council proposes to make the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Wellington Road To A41, Newport (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, whilst development works are being undertaken. The order becomes operational from the 30/3/26. The following road is affected: Wellington Road To A41, Newport from its jcn with Chetwynd Aston Roundabout to its jcn with Audley Ave. The maximum duration is 18 months, but the works are expected to be completed by the 8/5/26.
Alternative routes will be signed on site.
