NOTICE is hereby given that the Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council HAS made the following Order under Sections 1, 2, 4 and 92 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
Restrictions under the Order
The Order will come into operation on Monday 23 March 2026 and includes the following effects as advertised in
the Express and Star newspaper dated 6 February 2026.
A prohibition of motor vehicles using Kendricks Road, Darlaston at its junction with Cemetery Road for a distance
of 178 metres in a westerly direction. Standard exemptions permitted for works/maintenance, statutory duties and
emergency services.

trafficmanagement@walsall.gov.uk.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from 21 March 2026, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
