LOADING AND UNLOADING, STOPPING AND PARKING PLACES) (VARIATION NO. _) ORDER 202_ - TRO/25/27 The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to: (1) remove disabled bays on Almondside, Bangholm Ave, Burdiehouse Ter, Carrick Knowe Gro, Chesser Ln, Sighthill Rd, Glendevon Pl, Craigmuir Pl, Craigpark Ave, Cramond Ave, Dudley Ave, Fernieside Cres, Hazelwood Gro, Gilmerton Dykes Dr, Woodhall Dr, Stenhouse Ave, St. Alban’s Rd x2, Tyler’s Acre Rd, St. John’s Cres, Rankin Dr, Colinton Mains Dr, Parkhead Ave, Oxgangs Pk, Mid Steil,
Longstone Gro, Kirkhill Dr, Hyvot Bk Ave, Cockburn Cres, Longstone St, Victor Pk Ter and Redgauntlet Ter; (2) replace disabled bays with shared use parking places which operate Mon-Fri between 08:30 and 17:30 on Melgund Ter, Cambridge Ave and Woodburn Ter; (3) replace a disabled bay with a 24 hr waiting restriction on Saughton Ave; & (4) replace a disabled bay with a permit holder only parking place which operates Mon-Fri between 10:00 and 11:30 on Relugas Rd. Documents can also be viewed at Waverley Court, Calton Hub, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG between 9:30am & 3:30pm Mon-Fri during the same period. Objectors must complete the form found via the “Proposals in consultation” link referred to above, or state their reasons in writing quoting reference TRO/25/27 to Traffic Orders at the above address, not later than 14/04/2026. Objections should state the name and address of the objector.
