(C2260 Madresfield Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of C2260 Madresfield Rd from its junction with U63334 Sherrards Green Rd to its junction with U63338 Orford Way.

Reason: Replace manhole cover by STW.

Alternative route: U63334 Sherrards Green Rd, B4208 Pickersleigh Rd, C2260 Madresfield Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 15 March 2026.

(U63531 Belvoir Bank, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U63531 Belvoir Bank from its junction with B4219 Cowleigh Rd for a distance of 20 metres in a southerly direction.

Reason: Remedial water works by STW.

Alternative route: B4219 Cowleigh Rd, B4232 North Malvern Rd, U63531 Belvoir Bank (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 16 March 2026.

(U63200 Edith Walk, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) and the Malvern Urban District Council (Prohibition of Waiting, Waiting Restriction and One-Way Traffic) Order 1965) (Temporary Suspension (part)) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U63200 Edith Walk from its junction with A449 Belle Vue Terrace for a distance of 30 metres in an easterly direction and to temporarily suspend Item 1 of Schedule 3 of the Malvern Urban District (Edith Walk) (Prohibition of Waiting, Waiting Restriction and One-Way Traffic) Order 1965 to allow two-way traffic to enable access to residents and businesses for the duration of the Order.

Reason: Replacement manhole cover by Grubb Construction.

No access for emergency services diversion route must be followed.

Alternative route: B4211 Church St, C2232 Graham Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day (24hrs). Commencing: 17 March 2026.

(U61214 School Lane, Upton Upon Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U61214 School Ln from its junction with U61213 Minge Ln for a distance of 100 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Utility work by STW.

Alternative route: U61213 Minge Ln, A4104 Old St, U61235 Court St, U61214 School Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 7 April 2026.

(U63001 Peachfield Close, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U63001 Peachfield Cl from its junction with U63000 Peachfield Rd to its junction with U63002 Walnut Cres.

Reason: Installation of cattle grid by WCC.

Alternative route: U63001 Fruitlands, U63012 King Edwards Rd, U63000 Peachfield Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days (24hrs). Commencing: 7 April 2026.

(C2239 Yarhampton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2239 Yarhampton from a point of 302 metres east of its junction with A451 Dunley for a distance of 100 metres in an easterly direction.

Reason: Utility work by Openreach.

Alternative route: A451 Dunley, A451 Dunley Rd, B4194 Pearl Ln, B4196 Astley, C2239 Astley, C2239 Yarhampton (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 8 April 2026.

(A449 Wells Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of A449 Wells Rd from its junction with A449 Belle Vue Terrace to its junction with B4211 Church St.

Reason: Drainage work for flood alleviation by WCC.

Alternative route: B4211 Church St, A449 Belle Vue Terrace and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 18 March 2026.

(C2111 Birtsmorton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2111 Birtsmorton from its junction with C2112 Birtsmorton to its junction with C2111 Rye St.

Reason: Mini Patching works required due to car fire in carriageway by WCC.

Alternative route: C2111 Rye St, A438 Berrow, C2112 Berrow, C2112 Birtsmorton and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 9 April 2026.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings) Order 2026

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit stopping at any time on School Keep Clear Markings on the following length of road in Malvern:-

Lydes Road, Malvern (north east side): from a point of 23.6 metres southwest of its junction with Pickersleigh Road for a distance of 33 metres in a south easterly direction.

The Order will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.
