What is happening?

FLETCHER STREET TEMPORARY CLOSURE

THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 The Council has made an order, operative from 23 March 2026 between 9.30am and 3.30pm for 7 days approx. the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Fletcher Street from Edgar St to Bradbourne CI. to allow resurfacing works to take place. Alternative route will be via Derby St, Trinity St, Thynne St, Lever St. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
